To instill the joy of movement in as many children as possible, and encourage the adults who love them to celebrate and nurture that joy.

- Children respond best to developmentally and age appropriate activities.
- Competence and skill are best developed in a nurturing and joyful environment that is non-performance and non-competitive based.
